Recipe and How to Make Fresh and Healthy Fruit Salad

Salad is a healthy food menu that we will usually meet in various restaurants that sell typical food from abroad. Referred to as a healthy food menu because the whole ingredients used consisted of various vegetables or fruits which are then doused with special sauces.

o 200 grams of fresh apples that have been cut to taste

o 200 grams of fresh grapes (to be more beautiful in color, better to use grapes with a variety of colors, ranging from green to purple) which has been split into two and seeded

o 200 grams of fresh mango arumanis fruit that has been peeled and diced

o 200 grams of fresh strawberries split into two parts or four parts, adjust it with your tasteSauce material:

o Mayones 150 ml

o 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

o 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

o 1 tablespoon lime juice

o Half a teaspoon of shredded lime peel
o And the last is 200 grams of fresh lettuce that has been cut into pieces
